The salary range listed depicts the range covering the lowest locality level, up to the highest locality level. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Specialized Experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent in other public, private sectors or volunteer service, that is directly related to the position as listed above and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: for this position includes work experience that demonstrates:
Experience applying Equal Employment Opportunity law and regulations; AND
Experience utilizing Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requirements as set forth in Equal Employment Opportunity Management Directive 110 for developing an impartial and appropriate factual record (Investigative File) with respect to Equal Employment Opportunity complaints; AND
Experience drafting and analyzing pre-complaint records and properly determining whether a claim of discrimination should be accepted or dismissed.
One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resumé.
TIME-IN-GRADE: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
