Monitors operations of club stand-alone activity during normal hours of operation, as well as other assigned areas in the absence of management, including nights and weekends. Ensures all work processes are accomplished in accordance with standards set by management. Provides day-to-day advice and guidance to employees for work assignments; relays instructions from management for work assignments; sets the work pace ops tempo; demonstrates work methods and provides work-related guidance; ensures that work site materials and tools are available. Ensure scheduled events and entertainment are implemented in accordance with contracts and management/caterer directives. Assists other employees in routine tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, including performing cashier-checker duties, waiter duties, food related service duties. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash boxes. At the end of each day, clears the cash register, completes daily financial reports and deposits cash in main drop box or submits to cashier; ensures cashier cage is alarmed/secured. Conducts daily inventories, ensures food, beverage and supply orders are accomplished and turned in as needed; develops/submits proposed work schedules to management; works with management/cooks to ensure food portions are adhered to in order to meet cost of sale goals and objectives. Ensures facility is clean, orderly and safe for employees and guests. Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
