These positions are:
1) Temporary not to exceed 12 weeks from the effective date of employment; working period 07/11/2024 - 10/02/2024.

The Workforce Preparation Program allows Youth Programs (YP) to increase installation employment opportunities for Army youth while providing workforce preparation programming. This program is marketed for eligible youth (16-18 years of age by application date or at time of appointment 07/11/2024) that will work a 12 week work/training cycle. It is designed to increase job opportunities for youth 16-18 years of age IAW the Department of Defense Instruction (Dodi) 6060.4, Army Regulations (AR) 215-1 and HQ IMCOM G9 CYS Operations Manual. Adults are not prohibited from apply for this NAF position.
