Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience proposing various contract methods for the acquisition of major weapon systems/programs 2) Experience managing a contract across the acquisition life cycle. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-02/ GS-05-12).
