At the full performance level Major Duties include:
Registration with the Selective Service.

EDUCATION: Master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or a LLB or JD, in a related field.

COMBINING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for the CG-09 level.
To qualify for the CG-11, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/CG 09 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience (1) creating, managing, and publishing content for/on social media platforms; (2) Planning and creating multimedia content using graphic design, photo manipulation and video editing software and techniques; (3) gathering, analyzing, and reporting on social media data.

EDUCATION: To qualify based on education; applicants must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M., if related.

Selectee(s) for this position will be required to report to their duty station office at least 1 day per pay period beginning January 2, 2024, and at their supervisor’s direction to support mission and project needs. In person reporting requirements are expected to increase in July 2024.

The range of pay shown includes base pay plus supplemental locality adjustments. The locality rates for these duty locations range from a low of 18.65% to a high of 51.75%.
