The Assistant Inspector General for Audits (AIG) for Information Technology Audits (ITA) position is in the Office of Audits (OA), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Office of Audits examines, evaluates and, where necessary, critiques, operations, and activities, recommending ways for the Department of Homeland Security to carry out its responsibilities in the most effective, efficient, and economical manner possible.
