The incumbent serves as the Procurement Executive with full technical responsibility for managing, administering, and executing the development, implementation, and operation of programs, policies, and procedures pertaining to the USMS acquisition and procurement program. The acquisition and procurement program includes support to the USMS Headquarter Divisions, 94 (ninety-four) District Offices and various sub-offices nationwide including Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic.
