This is a Student Intern position in the Pathways Program. This is a temporary summer student internship, beginning 05/05/2024 and ending 8/31/2024. Internships may be extended or converted to another student appointment at the discretion of the hiring office. If converted to a career Student Intern position (no not-to-exceed date) the agency may non-competitively convert the student to a term or permanent position in the competitive service after successful completion of their academic studies and program requirements. Students who take online courses are eligible to participate in the Student Internship Program so long as all other requirements are met and the school is accredited by the U.S. Department of Education.
Transcript required: Transcripts or official documentation to verify current or projected enrollment, with an accredited educational institution, must be submitted as part of the complete application package and must be received by the closing date of the vacancy announcement.
