This position may include the following duties:
1. Manage and direct training and development efforts to support Community Relations Services (CRS) staff in delivering training effectively.
2. Make recommendations to leadership regarding emerging program areas requiring training.
3. Oversee development of new and updated program training content.
4. Oversee the development and implementation of external training.
5. Ensure a consistent approach to employee training and development.
6. Plan and direct CRS' technical training activities.
7. Establish a variety of training methods, such as simulation exercises, mentoring, professional development, and continuous learning.
8. Lead evaluations of CRS' standardized programs.
9. Oversee development of technical training-related policies and procedures to support CRS' staff.
