As an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master of Scrum Masters (SoS) at the GS-2210-14 level, you will be part of the Chief Information Office (OCIO), Postal Program Information Technology Program Management Office (IT PMO) which is responsible for implementation of the Postal Service Reform Act.
