The GS-14 salary range starts at $116,393 per year.

Mastery skill of using interrelationships of multiple IT disciplines sufficient to develop new, privacy preserving identity fraud detection, mitigation, investigation, and remediation principles and concepts.
Ability to collaborate across organizational/operational boundaries to build working relationships, achieve common goals, and resolve sensitive IT issues.
