Duties
- Serve as a program manager and instructor for assigned language programs, testing, and teacher training at the Partner Language Training Center Europe (PLTCE).
- Teaching English courses for a very wide and varied range of multinational students from military, diplomatic and law enforcement agencies.
- Cooperate with ally and partner defense sponsored language training programs in the development of language programs for special purposes to be delivered in nonresident locations.
- Perform as contracting officer’s representative (COR) duties in accordance with federal, Department of Defense, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), and George C Marshall Center policy and guidance.
- Develop recommendations for establishment of language programs including curriculum design in military, security sector and diplomatic domains.
