Employee maintains office records in accordance with established procedures including field notes, correspondences, and reports, etc., such as accident reports, training forms, and safety meetings. Distributes and controls incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and materials delivery and requisitions office supplies and related materials or services. The Clerk receives, returns, and directs telephone calls providing complete and clear information. Employee possesses a comprehensive knowledge of commonly used software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
To qualify based on education, you must submit a legible copy of transcripts from an accredited institution with your name, school name, credit hours, course level, major(s), and grade-point average or class ranking.
