To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG/GS-13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience supporting and implement enterprise cloud data management capabilities, enterprise data architectures, enterprise data practices, and enterprise data analytic capabilities using modern cloud based techniques.

Selectee(s) for this position will be required to report to their duty station office 3 days per week beginning January 1, 2024.

If you are found qualified, you will be placed in one of three categories: Best Qualified, Highly Qualified, or Qualified. 1. Knowledge of creating or migrating data management and data analytic capabilities (including mission critical capabilities) from legacy on premise architectures to hybrid multi-cloud environments.
2. Knowledge of data architecture capabilities, practices, and techniques including modern cloud based strategies in this discipline
3. Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of enterprise architecture to align information technology (IT) strategy, plans, and systems with the mission, goals, structure, and processes of an organization.
4. Knowledge of current and emerging data management, data analytic, artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI/ML), and cloud technologies.
