This is a full-time remote position in the Department of the Chief of Program Operations (CPO), Office of Regional Operations (ORO). This remote opportunity has an in-region requirement. The Portfolio Manager will independently oversee and manage a portfolio of AmeriCorps grantees and projects. As an advisor to current and perspective grantees or sponsors, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for providing ongoing technical assistance and support to grantees or project sponsors to ensure the effective, timely and compliant administration of their grant award.
You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education;
OR
LL.M., if related leading to such a degree. (Equivalent to GS-11)
You may also qualify based on a combination of education and experience, if applicable.
Remote Status: This position is eligible for full-time remote work based on the duties of the position. If selected, employees must sign a remote work agreement prior to onboarding that details remote working conditions and expectations for the position.
