You must perform the following major duties:
Web Data Analytics Program Management
Leads in the collection and maintenance of web analytics data that is collected from hundreds of federal government domains and thousands of public-facing federal government websites, and presented through a centralized website portal (i.e., analytics.usa.gov).
Ensures web data analytics program efforts achieve outcomes specified within the agency’s business strategy, including appropriate strategic, life cycle management, and capital IT investment plans.
Manages project selection, prioritization, evaluation and monitoring, resource management, risk management, quality management, and resource allocations.
Directs IT program advocacy for web analytics data and to improve public user experience of web data resources and related websites.
Web Data Analytics Projects and Program Support
Leads efforts to implement and maintain web analytics services that measure website traffic and engagement (e.g., Google Analytics) for all participating sites. Transitions and administers program data in a serverless data warehouse platform (e.g., Google BigQuery). Redesigns, maintains, and improves the data website portal (i.e., analytics.usa.gov).
Web Data Analytics Program Improvement Coordination
Conducts research on optimal usage of analytics data based on legacy, current, and potential future needs, requirements, and challenges.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $136,908 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
