The primary purpose of this position is to provide informational, interpretive, and general services to park visitors. The work involves presenting interpretive talks and walks; interpreting cultural, natural, and historic concepts and features; providing information and orientation and providing miscellaneous services to visitors.

The major duties of the Park Guide GS-0090-06 position include, but are not limited to, the following:
