FSIS is pleased to offer a $5,000 (less taxes) recruitment incentive to newly hired Food Inspectors or Consumer Safety Inspectors. This recruitment incentive requires a signed two-year service agreement, as well as satisfactory performance and conduct. The service agreement details conditions of receipt and acceptance of the incentive and is provided to new employees prior to entrance on duty.
