This position serves as clinical coordinator and manager of telehealth services of the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Chippewa Falls, WI, and is responsible for clinical, scheduling, and technical aspects for real time telehealth encounters. This position works in collaboration with Patient Aligned Care Team as well as the Expanded Team (family/caregiver, Agency and community-based services involved in providing care to the patient).

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is leading the way in telehealth innovation to make sure Veterans can access care when and where they need it. Telehealth technology in the clinic brings specialty staff and services closer to home for many Veterans. It allows Veterans to connect with VA health specialists at medical centers nationwide from their community clinics. Providers make diagnoses, manage care and perform check-ups virtually.
Major duties of the LPN-Telehealth Clinical Technician include, but are not limited to:
