The incumbent of this position will occupy an entry level Management Analyst position. This opportunity offers tailored learning and development activities to include: formal and informal instruction, guidance, and mentoring. The goal of this career development plan is to enable the selected individual to meet the requirement of the full performance level. At the successful conclusion of the development period, the full performance salary range increases to $94,199 to $176,555.
This position will report to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Associate Director, Department of Program Services (DPS). The DPS is seeking a self-motivated professional Management Analyst to join its team. The Office of the Associate Director provides leadership and vision for the services provided by DPS on a number of topics, including program issues, budget, human resources, procurement, and national technology systems supported by DPS. The incumbent will serve as an advisor to DPS leadership and provide high-level analytical and management support. The incumbent must possess outstanding diplomatic, analytic, and organizational skills, and have a demonstrated record of achieving results through effective management and collaboration. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with change, demonstrate expertise with technology and communication tools and be open to adopting new technologies to further the business interests of DPS.
