The position is located in the Midwest Area, National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research, Bio-oils Research (BOR) Unit in Peoria, IL. The mission of BOR is to conduct research on chemical, physical, and biochemical modification of new crop oils, gums, proteins, and other plant components to develop new industrial and value-added commercial products. The incumbent of this position will provide research support by performing a variety of technical duties in a laboratory environment.

Physical Demands - The work requires some physical exertions, such as regular and recurring walking or bending.
