The ODNI is seeking a highly qualified applicant to serve as Chief of the Executive Engagements Group (EEG). One of three groups within the office of the Executive Secretariat, EEG is responsible for coordinating engagements (e.g., meetings with liaison, military, academia, private sector, etc.) and planning, coordinating, and executing executive travel for the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and Principal Deputy DNI (PDDNI).
Lead, mentor, and develop the team, comprised of high-performing officers, responsible for vetting, coordinating, and executing engagements and travel for the DNI and PDDNI.
Interface directly with the principals, and their staff, as appropriate, to clarify requirements and ensure expectations are consistently met without compromising quality.
Lead and provide oversight of the processes and procedures utilized to task, track, review, edit, and deliver timely and high quality read ahead material in advance of all executive engagements.
Interface, collaborate, and effectively communicate, both with internal (ODNI directorates, centers, and offices) and external (Intelligence Community) stakeholders, to meet mission objectives.
Lead, plan, promote, and share information and knowledge within the ODNI, across the IC, and with other government agencies, and in doing so, effectively organize, value, build, and leverage diverse and collaborative networks within these organizations.
Manage the executive travel budget and numerous agreements associated with executive support.
Supervise the team's efforts to appropriately organize, store, and archive records.
Oversee and lead staff in planning and effectively coordinating senior-level visits and high-level events ensuring security clearances, VIP parking, and building accesses are arranged, as well as researching and preparing background information.
Lead staff in planning and arranging sensitive and complex domestic and foreign travel documents and plan, prepare, and coordinate schedules, itineraries, passport/visa requests, lodging, and travel accounting; lead, plan and support the transportation of material and people.
Lead a team of professional staff and assess performance, collaborate and oversee goal setting, and provide feedback on personal development.

Salary Determination: A current Federal Government employee, selected for a detail, will be assigned to the position at their current grade and salary.
