This is a developmental position. At the full performance level, the incumbent serves as a senior accountant within the Corporate Travel & Charge Card Service (CTCCS)/Permanent Change of Station Travel Services Division (PCS). This position reports directly to one of the two Section Chiefs within PCS Operations Section or PCS Travel Section.

College Graduates who have obtained a qualifying baccalaureate or graduate degree from an institution of higher education within the previous two years. Veterans who were precluded from applying due to their military service obligation (of not less than 4 years) begin their 2-year eligibility period upon release or discharge from active duty.
