The Incumbent performs the following major duties and responsibilities:
Implementing and managing VHACO's Resource Board including effective mechanisms and procedures to support senior leader deliberations, decisions, and planning
Ensuring centralized governance of human capital resources and provision of High Reliability principles for VHACO.
Developing automated instruments to effectively record and track and reviewing human capital resource submissions in LEAF.
Providing staff support and liaison to the leadership within the USH, COS, AUSHs, Workforce Management & Consulting, Finance, and Strategy Offices.
Coordinating development and administration of program operations for RB with Human Resources and Finance.
Developing, coordinating, and auditing policies and procedures related to RB operations and management and assisting in developing VHACO guidance to use in implementing human capital resources.
Developing criteria and tools for communications, performance, and organizational improvement.
Analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in the organization's mission, operating procedures, and delegation of authority.
Developing internal plans, policies, and programs to accomplish program objectives.
Ensuring activities, data, and records are maintained and performing trend analyses on internal and other federal, state, and private sector data; performing statistical analysis, database management, reasoned interpretation and evaluation.
Conducting system-wide assessments, deliberations, and policy activities including developing integrated, systematic strategies to meet short and long-range goals
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.
