Duties
As the Deputy Associate Administrator for Partnership and Acquistion Services, you will perform the following duties:
- Represent the Associate Administrator by providing strategic leadership for developing and delivering comprehensive, rigorous and discipline approaches to NNSA's acquisition, procurement, and financial assistance functions.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement policies, procedures, standards and systems for all procurement, financial assistance, personal and real property management, and contractor labor relations functions/programs as well as business management aspects of these processes.
- Provide oversight to the NNSA Head of Contacting Activity (HCA) for all non-M&O contracts and provide direct technical supervision to, the Senior Procurement Executive (SPE).
- Oversee the following NNSA-level acquisition functions: procurement policy development; suspension and debarment; acquisition career development programs; the Supply Chain Business system responsible for strategic purchasing and spend analysis, Task and Delivery Order Ombudsman, Competition Advocate, and socio-economic programs.
