- Serve patrons, restocking, portioning food items, providing sanitation for dishes and pots/pans and occasional cashiering.
- Load and deliver food trays to the hospital wards.
- Set up and replenishing foods and beverages as directed.
- Sets up dining room for service and remove used utensils and dishes to dishwashing area.
- Unload supply trucks and place supplies in proper storage area and arrange supplies to workstations.
- Load dishes in dishwasher; and stack and stores dishes when cleaned in designated area.
- Operate a cash register receiving payment for meals.
- Reconcile receipts with register tapes jointly with Shift Supervisor.
