The incumbent supports the Environmental Protection Program by performing a variety of functions related to or within one or more of the following general areas: Rulemaking and Regulation, Compliance and Enforcement, Environmental Considerations and Documentation and/or Program Administration and Oversight. The incumbent participates in formulating recommendations to the responsible management officials on the use, management and development of park resources. In fulfilling this role the incumbent is responsible for the preparation of plans, reports, position papers, policy statements and memorandums, and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
