This position is located in Chaco Culture National Historical Park. Chaco Culture NHP is remote and isolated. It's a 90 minute drive to any substantial amenities. To reach those amenities you will need to travel on twelve miles of dirt road that are not regularly maintained. There is a small community of 8-10 people who live in the park year-round. That community increases with volunteers and interns from May-October.
Government housing is available and required for this position.

This position performs recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and assists journeymen and other higher-graded workers. Incumbent utilizes knowledge and skills in several trades and crafts including: Electrical, Masonry, Wastewater Treatment, Water Treatment, and other lower graded work.
