To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conducting field surveys utilizing Terrestrial LiDAR Units; conducting site visits to determine scope of project; developing and maintaining standard operating procedures; and serving as liaison between customers and projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service.
B. Education: Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. At this grade level, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
