Ensures all AOV-250 incoming and outgoing correspondence meets the agency’s standards and in collaboration with the AOV Correspondence Point of Contact (CPOC), assists with the completion and dissemination of such correspondence in accordance with all AOV work processes.
Serves as the Property Delegate for assigned branch and tracks, inventories, and reports all accountable personal property.
Acts as one of the AOV Points of Contact for the Records Management Program and the Occupational Safety and Health program.
Organizes and retains files and records, monitors due dates on action items, establishes follow-up mechanisms and control systems, review/coordinates time and attendance records, and organizes office supply orders and other minor purchases.
Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with others across AOV, supporting task groups, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with input and guidance from various project managers
Contacts typically are internal and external, with regular contacts among major subdivisions and LOB’s/SO’s, customers, and other external parties to share information about the FAA and explain the applications of policies and procedures.
Work is reviewed frequently, typically at major milestones and at completion, for policy compliance and alignment with the requirements of projects and/or other work activities. Work activities support and is vital to the success of projects and work activities for the organizational units, major subdivisions, and the LOB's/SO's.
Plans, leads, conducts or participates in surveillance activities to measure and determine compliance with established FAA orders, rules, procedures, and policies while promoting continued operational safety.
To qualify for this position at the G payband you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F or FG/GS 5/7/9 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Specialized experience may include but is not limited to: Experience conducting analysis of data and/or information, and applying research methods and conduct statistical risk analyses.
