To qualify for the GS-13 grade level:
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-12, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is described below:
1. Experience conducting complex OSHA enforcement inspections in accordance with the OSHA Field Operations Manual
2. Experience documenting an OSHA enforcement case file in accordance with the OSHA Field Operations Manual
3. Experience drafting legally sufficient OSHA citations
4. Experience applying OSHA standards and guidelines while conducting OSHA enforcement inspections involving thermal stress, permit-required confined spaces, or noise.
Education is not a Substitute for experience at the GS-13 Grade Level.
