The Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies (TSC) invites applicants to apply for the position of Administrator, Engagement & Outreach. The Administrator, Engagement & Outreach is responsible for leading the coordination of activities and fostering productive relationships through rapport building, having expert level knowledge of whole of government, foreign, domestic and strategic Arctic policies, programs, and protocols to facilitate and enhance outreach and education efforts in the effort to build a more knowledgeable and informed public and DoD community.

The Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies (TSC) established in 2021 as the 6th Regional Center within U.S. Department of Defense will organize, plan, conduct, and communicate on TSC executive education, engagement/outreach, and research & analysis in support of DoD Arctic priorities domestically and internationally. These mission sets are in accordance with authorities associated with DoD Region Centers in Title 10 USC Chapter 16, Section 342 and 2611 and will be principally conducted via DoD civilian staff and faculty augmented by contract personnel. As authorized by the F& 2022 Nation Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and enabled by the Center's publication in the Federal Register, the TSC will be provided positions for Center Director and subsequent Associate Directors, Faculty and Staff. Until TSC Administrative Authority is established via the U.S. Federal Register, TSC Senior Advisor for Arctic Security Affairs (SAASA) works under the authority, direction, and control of the Director of the Daniel K.
