This position is located in the Anesthesiology Service, Albany Stratton VA Medical Center and supports the Network 2 Mission to care for our Veterans with compassion and excellence. This position is responsible for providing a broad range of anesthesiology interventions to Veterans receiving care at the VAMC. Each Anesthesiologist functions as a cooperative and collegial team member with the entire staff.

The Anesthesia service at the Albany VA Medical Center provides anesthesia support for up to 5 operating rooms and 1 non-OR location. Procedural services include: General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Urology, Vascular Surgery and Gastroenterology.
