This position is being filled using Policy Memorandum #36, ERDC Policy on Hiring Engineers and Scientists Using Direct Hire Authority (DHA) Under Section 1108, 2009 Defense Authorization Act.
Proof of completed education must be provided, including copies of undergraduate and graduate transcripts. If you are selected, you will be required to provide official transcripts. If your transcripts are not in English or illegible, provide a listing of all course work with grade and credit hours. If the degree is in progress, provide proof of being in a PhD program. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. no earlier than 5 years before the application opening date, and no-later than the ECHO Fellowship start date.
