The official duty station for this position will be in Atlanta, Georgia. Failure to report to duty at this location may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal.
Key Requirements:You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. In order to fully meet the specialized experience for the GS-12 you MUST meet the first two bullets AND one of the two final bullets. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Direct Endorsement (DE) Underwriting review and approval or rejection of residential property and residential mortgage appraisals; AND
- Direct Endorsement (DE) underwriting of borrowers credit analysis and credit worthiness; AND
- Evaluating FHA residential property, credit underwriting requirements, applying lending regulations and rendering a credit decision on residential mortgage loan applications.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
