The position's primary purpose is to provide administrative and legal support services to the FOIA/PA program. Incumbent uses discretion and independent judgment in application of a specialized knowledge of FOIA/PA laws, case precedent decisions, Department regulations, policies and practices of the Antitrust Division, and judicial or administrative proceedings.
