The HR Specialist (HR Development) - Recruitment & Placement Trainer position is located in the Consolidated HR Office of VISN 22 Human Resource Management Service and it reports to the Deputy Human Resources Officer. The primary purpose of this position is to create a high-performing HR consolidated unit through establishing an organizational vision and implementing it in a continuously changing environment. Incumbent will facilitate, train and develop programs in the area of Recruitment & Placement.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
