Sets up food service counters, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and gold good. Serves tables’ family-style; makes coffee; variety of fruit and vegetable salads, simple sandwiches and ensures food is served in standard portions. Maintains water and detergent levels in dishwasher, removes strainer pans, inspects doors, etc. for proper cleaning of dishwasher inside and out. May unload food from delivery trucks and move heavy garbage cans. May operate cash register and be responsible for own change fund. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work involves light to moderate physical effort such as lifting and constant standing and walking. Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds to occasional lifting up to 45 pounds. Must be available and willing to work any shifts during restaurant operation 5:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Hours subject to change.
