Duties
- Major support services the incumbent provides are human resources/human capital, budget planning and execution, procurement, Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) support, space management, office resource management, etc.
- Serves as liaison and advisor on administrative functions and policies to advise OPARM management, employees, and contractors regarding resolution of problems and issues.
- Represents OPARM in administrative activities on FSIS governance boards, working groups, committees, etc.
- Develops lessons learned, updates office standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and strategies, and provides briefings and reports to OPARM leadership.
- Advises OPARM leadership of program deficiencies to improve program functions and maintain compliance with Federal, USDA, and FSIS requirements.

How to Apply
Please read the entire announcement and all the instructions before you begin an application.
