The NP is primarily assigned to follow established guidelines to provide and coordinate health care to asymptomatic and symptomatic employees that present COVID-19 issues. NP will provide screening, tracing and tracking of asymptomatic and symptomatic employees. The NP will document timely, appropriately, and effectively in the medical record; ensure the employee's care plan contains medical recommendations for clinically indicated care; and communicate plans of care to employee. The NP performs nursing assessments; triages over the phone; evaluates patient's progress or lack of progress toward achieving goals. NP will collaborate with Infectious Disease to correctly identify and complete contact Tracing. The NP will implement EHU operations management processes, as appropriate, under the direction of the Administrative Medicine Chief. This position is a day tour; 40 work hours per week and on-call nights. License and Certified as a Nurse Practitioner required and experience preferred. These are the major duties, however other duties may be assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
