GS 12: Specialized experience is defined as 1) Experience coordinating the planning, development, design, construction, and management of major Civil Works projects AND; 2) Experience reviewing and approving funding to accomplish project objectives AND; 3) Experience leading the activities of interdisciplinary project delivery teams to develop schedules, scopes, and budgets for effective project implementation to define, establish and track project objectives and to formulate and evaluate appropriate solutions. . This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
