SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience performing, leading, or overseeing work in an environmental and natural resource field, specifically applying the provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to evaluate baseline environmental conditions; review project plans and designs; predict and analyze the effects of proposed actions on the environment; identify mitigation techniques and alternatives; and design environmental studies and investigations.
