You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.

Written Practical Assessment: You will have 1-hour to complete a written practical assessment that is used to measure your depth of knowledge in relation to the required competencies for the position. This assessment is scored, and if you meet the qualifying score, you will have at least one qualifying phone interview with a SME.
Structured Phone Interview: You will meet with at least one SME to complete the structured phone interview. You're responses to the interview questions are scored to further assess whether your experience meets the required competencies for this position
Ranking and Referral: Veteran Preference will be applied to applicants who move forward after the qualifying phone interviews. The “Best Qualified” applicants will be issued to the Selecting Official by the Human Resources Office. Veteran preference eligibles are listed ahead of non-preference eligibles within each quality category. Based upon your category and score, you may be referred to the selecting official. If you are referred for consideration, you may be subject to additional assessments.
