Serves as a technical leader and expert in strategic planning exercises and the design of programs that maximize environmental benefits to achieve optimal economic and social development.

Relevant diverse experience includes: (1) working and living in a foreign country, nation, territory, or tribe or (2) working and living in an economically disadvantaged community in the United States. However, to reach required tenured status, you must be able to achieve minimum proficiency levels in a USAID tenuring language.
