Applicants must have a Registration or Licensure as a Professional Engineer and/or Professional Architect. (You MUST submit a copy of your license or certification with your application package or you will be rated ineligible.)
Specialized Experience Required: In addition to meeting the Basic Education Requirement Qualified Candidates for this position must also identify in their resume that they possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band (GS-12) in the federal service that demonstrates the following: Overseeing construction projects at all stages and executing a full range of responsibilities in Construction Contract Administration.
