As a Supervisory Government Information Specialist, GS-0306-15, you will be responsible for:
• Providing leadership in the evaluation, assessment, and improvement of programs and management systems by applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Advising senior staff on legal and policy-related matters which involve exceptional controversy, intensive outside interest, or significant long-range effects on the organization and the Department.
• Planning and directing the development of policies, standards, systems, and procedures to ensure total integration of program evaluation and measurement concepts within the organization.
• Oversees the organization's compliance with FOIA management policies and operating procedures.
• Providing guidance and instruction to the organization's staff for the appropriate receipt, handling, and recording of FOIA and Privacy Act requests.

Specialized Experience for the GS-15

2. Experience with management principles, techniques, and methods in the areas of organizational design, administration, budget, labor-management relations, personnel management and supervision.
3. Experience with oral and written communication to public presentation to effectively present information, explain the organization's determinations, and resolve controversy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). 4. Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned programs to formulate new program management standards and analytical approaches, and plans, and directs the architecture for evaluation and measurement efforts and data systems development and usage with special emphasis on scheduling, integration, reporting and control is required sufficient to generate and analyze new evaluation and measurement approaches.
