Independently performs cash collections of gaming (slot machines) and non-gaming equipment using a data collection device or hand written documents to include automated cash dispenser count downs and fills in accordance with (IAW) organization standard operating procedures. Leading a count team, accurately counts and records coin, currency and vouchers to determine net collections. Checks, verifies and records machine data and prepares all required cash collection documentation.
Verifies, processes, and authorizes payment of reportable slot machine jackpots IAW established procedures. Researches and analyzes data to resolve customer disputes and researches data as needed to resolve maintenance related issues.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment or system failures using the appropriate diagnostic devices and initiates necessary repair actions. Performs maintenance on gaming and non-gaming equipment, cash dispensers, card dispensers and associated peripheral equipment to include options setup, RAM clears, monitor adjustment and operational inspections. Troubleshoots failures down to the individual component/sub-assembly level. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance for all Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) equipment. Completes upgrades, installation and testing of game conversion kits on existing machines. Possesses in-depth knowledge of gaming components and slot management systems, and can troubleshoot system issues. Moves and installs all field operation equipment.
Safeguards funds, equipment and supplies and performs administrative duties IAW prescribed procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
