Reporting to the President and CEO, and serving as an integral member of the management team, the Managing Director of External and Governmental Affairs is responsible for planning, directing, and executing the IAF's internal and external communications, public affairs activities, and Congressional and intergovernmental outreach. The goal is to advance the agency's position with relevant constituents, as well as to drive broader awareness and donor support for the foundation.

Telework Suitability:
The duties of this position are suitable for occasional telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act.
