A successful candidate in this position will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in managing EIA’s application development portfolio. This involves providing management and technical reviews and analyses of Agency project management plans and policies. The incumbent provides advice and assistance to other organizations in the implementation of appropriate project management principles for application development in conjunction with critical and important mission business processes within the framework of the Agency’s information technology standards and policies.

EDUCATION:
There is no educational substitution for the Information Technology Specialist, GS-2210-14 position - applicants must demonstrate within their resume that they have at least 1 year of Specialized Experience as described under the Qualifications section that is equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-13).
