Prepares travel orders, collects receipts and contacts travel agent to make changes; reviews and audits vouchers.
Computes, audits, certifies employee payroll (such as Time and Attendance) records.
Researches payroll records and makes corrections to keying errors.
Performs personnel activities such as initiating personnel actions, requesting and returning certificates of eligible from Office of Personnel Management.

You may be required to complete a financial disclosure (OGE-450).
Ability to type 40 WPM with 3 or fewer errors based on 5 minute sample.

Qualifications
To be minimally qualified for this position, applicants MUST have a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute with three or fewer errors based on a five-minute sample.
For the GG-05, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-04 in the Federal service.
Experience for this position includes preparing travel or miscellaneous vouchers; reviewing, and verifying auditing travel and miscellaneous vouchers; computing and auditing employee payroll in an automated environment; reviewing employee payroll reports; making adjustments to payroll due keying errors; preparing personnel actions; requesting and returning certificates of eligibles; and completing applicant reference checks.

Successfully completed 4 years of post-high school education.
